Shrikant is a visionary leader with over 25 plus years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. He has a proven track record in healthcare management, strategic planning, branding and marketing. His extensive background includes roles in Senior management positions, healthcare consulting, where he has demonstrated exceptional skills in innovation, branding, strategizing and quality assurance. As CEO, Shrikant drives our strategic direction, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

On regular Patient Interactions, on initiatives to improve patient experience throughout the care journey, conducting patient satisfaction surveys and using feedback to drive service improvements, the gaps and concerns faced by patients was the driving force for Expertease to be Formed which will cater primarily to patient care and Benefits and satisfaction to foster trust and loyalty. Chief Operating Officer (COO)

She holds a degree in pharmacy and certification in training and psychology and has built a robust career through roles in pharma industry and educational institutes.
She has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, having led initiatives that enhanced patient care, streamlined processes, and improved overall efficiency in healthcare settings.
In the field of education, she has successfully managed educational programs and services, focusing on curriculum development, teacher training, and student engagement.
